Customer Warning from Mr Teak - Please Read.
From the beginning of the COVID lockdown to date, there has been an astonishing increase in pop up garden furniture companies.
They have copied our imagery and claim to be manufacturers or importers when in fact, they are neither and are buying their stock from importers based in the UK.
We have worked tirelessly to establish Mr Teak as a Trusted & Reliable Garden Furniture Company, this has been facilitated by our own manufacturing warehouse that has been developed over the last 22 years which means all of our items are in-stock and available for delivery, unless otherwise specified.
There are a number of factors that has contributed to a real shortage of available garden furniture in the UK but Fortunately for us, being a manufacturer and using our long established shipping contacts we have been able to overcome these issues to fulfil our customer commitments, and we know that these new companies don’t have the resources to honour their obligations to the people placing orders with them.
We are deeply concerned at the number of calls that we are receiving from new customers, who have purchases from these companies & are still waiting for their items to be delivered months after paying.
